Ensemble Video’s JWPlayer integration enables Ensemble Video administrators to customize the presentation of their closed captions. This features enables administrators to optimize the caption viewing experience for their users by customizing the text color, font size, font family, background color and more!
Note: When you modify the Player Caption Styles for your Institution, the settings will be enabled for all NEW organizations in the Institution. If you are not creating a new Institution, make sure you change the Player Caption Styles for your current Organization(s). This will ensure your Player Caption Styles will be updated and consistent throughout your Ensemble Organizations and Libraries.
Go to Player Caption Settings
Customize Caption Settings, then Click Save
